EUR (multi) currency support #78

Multi currency support like EUR is a really cool feature. The mtgox api 
supports multiple currencies. So it is possible to create a currency config 
setting, so that the used currency is configurable? I think the following files 
must be changed:

- bcfeed_synch.py
- MtGoxHMAC.py
- tools/nimbs/server.js
