Create HABs conda environment and python interpreter

• Generate new conda environment for HABs project
• Create environment.yml and requirements.txt files that contain all of the versions and dependencies needed to run the HABs programs Ex.) Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, numpy, ...
• Create new HABs environment with conda env create -f environment.yml
• Create a new Python Interpreter for this environment in PyCharm
• Test to make sure that the new environment runs the original HABs program as expected (classifies pictures, sorts them into folders, develops report)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

See link below, but because of new Pip update, had to change line - -r file:requirements.txt to - -r requirements.txt in environment.yml
