ifc tree definition problem with SceneJsShellSerializer #458

after working with IFC demo files, i tried to generate one of my own. I used 
Revit. After successfully checking in the file, i used bimsurfer to view the 
results. I've noticed that the Ifc tree instead of correct one:
|- level 1
|- level 2
|- level 3

was:

|- level 1
    |- level 2
        |- level 3
