package hangs while installing #20

Finding the toolbar package on Atom.io then clicking Install, it just hangs indefinitely. I'm in China which may have some issues with Github, but not sure if this is the problem. I briefly had what I thought was the same problem with your p5js-snippets but it did install.

thanks for the update, did you ever get it to install? I wonder if there will be any reports here.

if possible can you open the developer tools in Atom (https://discuss.atom.io/t/how-to-make-developer-tools-appear/16232/13) and see if anything is getting blocked or not loading in the console / network tabs?
