Bugfix: handle case when shear -> 1 #24

Fixes #23, implements a first test towards #14.

The bug persists in later tests, so the latest commits also ensure that the complement to the stellar inclination is limited to never reach 0 or 90 deg, which seems to solve the problem (hopefully).
