Changes:

The library now tolerates keywords (save, stop, etc.) that are not entirely lowercase which is technically allowed according to the STAR specification.
Minor improvements to the c module

Breaking changes:

When calling .filter() on a Loop with ignore_missing_tags=False, the Loop will now throw a KeyError rather than a ValueError.
