mmcif - nmr-star mapping to add #60

_struct_asym.pdbx_PDB_id - _Entity_assembly.PDB_chain_ID mapping needs to be added to adit_item_tbl and nmr_cif_match with code 1. This will correctly map PDB chain/strand IDs to NMR-STAR.
