request: automatically detect and add needed brushes to page #117

Hi
and thanks for great tool

Adding all brushes to page needs more http requests, and i want to reduce
the requests.

So i think this can be a good idea to automatically detect and add needed
brushes to page instead of adding them by hand.
For example setting a  list of available brushes to the engine and the
highlighter should decide which one is needed and should be used.
