Add Uni Tuebingen logo to the title bar #16

I think at some point you had some Tuebingen logo in the title bar next to the NOMIC logo but it's gone now. My preference would be to add the university logo: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:UniversitaetTuebingen_WortBildMarke.png

Yeah I wanted to ask about the proper logo. The one I had before was this--is the red tree better? image

It's still in there but not displaying because of the https issues, I think.

Thing is, our lab is transitioning from the ophthalmic institute to a new institute which is being created now (will be called "Hertie Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Brain Health", quite a mouthful), and it does not have a logo yet.

So my preference would be to to put a generic University logo which will stay relevant no matter what.

I can imagine that Philipp may want to put the new logo once it exists, but we can change it later (it may still take some months, I think).
