Gender fields #44

In the paper and the files there is info for both first author and last author gender. It's very easy to make this a toggle/button or to make a field of interactions--I'm just not sure what your preferred metric would be, or what the benefit is of having multiples.

In the paper figures we used the 1st author for simplicity. So my preferred metric is 1st author, just to keep it consistent.

But we can make a toggle to switch from first to last, could be fun (and illustrate that last authors are male more often than first authors).
