Drop or change first gender example

I don't love the way the first gender example uses the buttons while the rest show useful pairs. Should we

1. Break it into two chunks?
2. Remove it?
3. Add more than two examples to this area?

Maybe add two more examples? One male (maybe computational chemistry or something like that), one female (nursing or so? breast cancer?)

Apart from that, we could combine the next three examples (within-discipline heterogeneity) into one slide with 3 buttons. I think I would prefer that compared to what we have now.
