Missing journal keywords #57

I just realized that in the journal keywords view (see below) there are some keywords missing (e.g. anesthesiology). There are 38 keywords and in the view only 34 are listed.

Also, it could be cool if they were alphabetically ordered, but that is more an enhancement.

OK, done--both adding the missing fields and alphabetical ordering.
