NAVIGATION BAR

** MENU ITEMS (follwoing order)

** USER REQUIREMENTS

  1. Logo must be in the center of the bar
  2. Responsive webpage, toggle button on the right, when minimize the logo still there it should be smaller and stay the right
    1. Background color: yellow, text color: black, font, text uppercase, bold
    2. When click on the items on menu, it move to the related section.
