Rebased the code from PR 57.
Added java/groovy integration test proving both java and groovy generate file/line info in stacktraces
Added suggested Spring project as integration test from @awittig

@bmuschko if you care to review this change and offer any criticism I would appreciate.

Much of the new content is from the spring enabled project so there is not much to see there, just boilerplate code to have a super simple Spring application. Copied verbatim from @awittig suggested github repository.

The functional test I wrote is under java-groovy-project-debug-enabled.
