Bintray decommissioned #1

Hi @bmuskalla,

Bintray is being decommissioned so the update site is not longer working. Would it be possible to change it to a different location?

Hello! I was just forced to reinstall eclipse because it didn't update cleanly, and now I cannot install this brilliant plugin. How can we help to get this done?

...ping! @bmuskalla I understand you're very busy, is there anything we can do to help? For now, I'd even be happy with a static jar that I can import into my eclipse :)

I built the plugin using JDK 17 and Eclipse 2021-09, looks like it's working nicely. Not sure if it will work with an older release. Here's the jar (hidden in a zip as GitHub does not support jar attachments).
