`lobster-codebeamer` shall support all schema types

Currently lobster-codebeamer always uses the schema req. Hence it is not possible to download activity or implementation items from codebeamer.

The feature request here is to add a configuration parameter to specify the schema of the codebeamer items. That schema shall be used in the output file.
