Missing pictures in the .md documents #2

The genDoc folder is ignored currently by git at the moment. This contains some pictures files that are missing from the .md documents becauase of this. They can be found in the .html docs because of the picture embedding. These need to be not ignored anymore.

Todo:

Add the missing .png files to the repo
Test if all the .md documents are presented right
