Move all emma exec files to a subfolder called emma

Due to pypi, pylint and other dependencies it is necessary to move those files one level deeper.

Exceptions:

• doc/
• .idea
• all git related files
• CONTRIBUTORS
• COPYING
• LICENSE
• .pylintrc
• .travis.yml
• Readme's
• setup.py
• .coveragerc
