Hi bmwiedemann.

I have a question: Is this project a port of MonoBrick Communication Software (C # for NXT and EV3) library to C?

I think so. The initial code was not written by me. I just did some cleanup to get that code to work on Linux, even though it was obviously designed for MSWindows only.

I found it to be a nice reference on what commands and their parameters mean, which helped me to remote-control the beeper and motors of my NXT over bluetooth using (not included) self-written perl code under Linux.
