Documentation (UG and MTP): Define glossary terms in text #3

Reviewer Katherine Wolfe responded, "1). For additional clarity, you might consider adding brief descriptions/definitions for more of your glossary terms with their first use throughout the document (particularly in the description of user-selected options, within your UG’s Concept of Operations section)."

Recommend reviewing the relevant text and considering whether the glossary is sufficient, or additional definitions need to be added in-text.

We could move the discussion of the Enigma components into it's own section labelled, "Enigma Components" and place it just prior to the Concept of Operations section. The components are a prevalent part of the guide and should probably warrant a formal definitions section.

Moved all technical documents into master document. Suggest we turn in this master doc for all class submissions going forward.
