Documentation (UG): Team Member Names #6

Reviewer Wolfe says, "UG Identification Data: Team member names are a different font than other “body” text. Also, it’s a little jarring (here and the cover page) to read last names first. It seems more natural, at least to me, to list names First-Middle-Last."

I'm pretty sure the font was an intentional design choice, and while I have no personal opinion on last-name-first or first-name-last, I think it's weird that the order should be "jarring" to anyone.
