[ ] useEffect call happens prior to useContext information becoming available: how can I check the authorization/authentication on ComponentDidMount (preferably inside useEffect (!user -> redirect to "/")?

Using a workaround for now and just checking if the user is logged in regardless of what route they view... this is all being handled (poorly) in App.js to determine if user is Authenticated or not.
