Add explanation of pre.bmk and better link to explanation of post.bmk #56

Firstly, I would like to thank Brucey for keeping BlitzMax alive as almost a one-person project. I just discovered BlitzMax through TVTower. It could not have been easier to download the IDE and build my first program. Thank you, very much Brucey, for your kind efforts over many years! And also thanks to others who contributed.

Secondly, I could not understand from the documentation how to use pre.bmk and post.bmk. @GWRon gave me an explanation of how they are used in TVTower and this PR just repeats that information. Please check it is accurate before merging as I am totally new to BlitzMax.
