MaxIDE/brl.reflection: SizetTypeId not highlighted #150

While "sizetTypeID" and "stringTypeId" are defined they are not available in MaxIDE (after rebuilding commands). Dunno which of the both factors is the culprit.

Might be because the doc building tool can't handle the fact that the bbdoc block is separated from the Global definition by a ? conditional. In that case, am I right to assume that ObjectTypeId, ArrayTypeId, PointerTypeId, FunctionTypeId don't get highlighted either?
