bmx7-sms: increase max filename length to 32

32 characters should be enough for anyone I see no reason against longer filenames and it's especially useful when the filenames contain the shortid for remote command execution like here

Haven't checked details yet but i am quite sure this patch will break compatibility between bmx7 versions using a 32b-sms plugin vs those using the old 16b version.

Rather now then later I'd say. Is there any reason to keep it short?

I've just checked and yes it does compatibility, even seems to break existing links not only not sharing the files.
