Timeout values in ms #239

I would like to set the Timeout Between Apps delay to less than a second, but a little more than 0. In case of a big list of apps to clean, saving even half a second would result in a better experience. I think it would be reasonable to set the step value for sliders to 100 ms.

Hi @nvllz New Material 3 migration still in progress, I don't have enough time to work on migration, a lot of new Android UI and Jetpack Compose features need to learn, but I'm not Android User developer, so it will be updated but during 2-3 months, maybe later.
