I need to understand how the book your slot works and if it can synced with google calendar, etc. Does a notification be sent for the calendar event? Does the requester provide Name / Company Name / Phone / Email id?

Request a demo needs Name / Company Name / Phone / Email id. Does this data persist in DB? Will the notification be sent for such requests?

Name, Company Name, Phone, Email id will be added in the design.

Once the forms has been submitted. You get an email notification for the same sir.
