Remove viewer #4

It should be possible to download the viewer to the browser from the relay server.

Can you elaborate? What do you mean download the viewer?

Who ever wants to watch the stream shouldn't need to download anything.

Since the relay already exists, it would be more efficient to merge the two. User visits the relay web site and downloads client side code to run the viewer on the local browser
