How to obtain eigenvalue after permuted out the best lambda? and how to plot scree plot and any plot using CCA()? #7

hello, basically I want to know how to decide the K value in CCA function. To my understanding K should be decided based one how many components raised from scree plot by eigenvalue. but I'm not sure after got lambda how to plot a scree plot. if plot the output of CCA.permute, it gives z-stats of each pairs of lambdas.
