zotero.citeMethod implemented yet? #5

Looks like the zotero.citeMethod setting mentioned in the readme and changelog isn't actually implemented yet or am I missing something? If so, what would be the options? One of "cayw" or "native"?

I removed the native picker in 0.4.0 since all the flows I could think of for things like page numbers and multiple citations seemed cumbersome. If there's interest I can revert that change though.

I'd certainly find it useful! But then I don't know how much work it would be to add multi-cite support which seems like an important feature to me.

It looks like the native VS Code picker allows multiple selection, so I can see if that breaks anything (probably as part of tecosaur/LaTeX-Utilities#4). Page numbers are trickier - I could have another dialog for them, but it might be enough to just put the cursor in the right part of the citation.
