fix: remove bad params from command examples for erigon #362

applied changes suggested in https://github.com/node-real/bsc-erigon/issues/326#issuecomment-2002778915

These params were making the node have the issue described in https://github.com/node-real/bsc-erigon/issues/326

found that new version + these params doesn't work with the latest snapshot you guys put on the readme but using 1.1.10 + your snapshot + the params in readme doesn't work either so might be a good idea to update the snapshot with latest bsc-erigon and also change the example params in README
