Are you referring to MEV here? If so, This is something the team is aware of and are continuous looking at ways to improve. You can also read and contribute to the discussion here:
hey, i can confirm, that bloxroutes are terrible at what they do - chain is unstable, gas sorting is non existant and they are gating their services under paid subscription. However, BSC is not providing any alternatives and when contacted with suggestions I was ignored just like those threads above. This is not a way a chain should evolve, given current market situation
BNB Chain should respect gas order. If they don't do it they should be removed from the validator list.

The bsc chain no longer has basic rules and has become a paradise for hackers. Ordinary users should transfer funds out of the bsc chain as soon as possible.
3 months ago I raised concerns about Bloxroute taking over BSC and making it more centralized:
https://github.com/bnb-chain/bsc/issues/1706
However, it seems that I underestimated the amount of different risks they bring. Yesterday their system was exploited and their users started losing large amounts of money. Transactions making large swaps were mined and included in the blocks when they were not supposed to. They wrote post mortem in their Discord channel claiming that total amount lost was 132.941 BNB.
However, this particular event is not my main focus. This is just an example that shows how much control Bloxroute has over the network. They are maintaining their own forked version of BSC client, modifying it however they want and then pushing it to all validators that they onboarded. There is no transparency or established review process. The community has to trust this one central party, that they won't accidentally or intentionally introduce code modifications that can be detrimental to the network. I don't understand how BSC maintainers tolerate this. I also don't understand how validators risk their reputation and decide to join them just to earn those few extra pennies.
The only thing that still gives hope is those validators who still run independently and try to keep this network decentralized. However, if this thing continues, I believe many smart users will be forced to move their funds out of this chain because the risk becomes too high.
