can't use alchemy as l1 rpc

Currently alchemy doesn't support json-api below:

• eth_getFinalizedHeader
• alchemy_getTransactionReceipts
• eth_getBlockReceipts

The missing methods make op-node can't finalize blocks on bsc and opbnb then op-proposer don't work correctly
