Add SD-based playlist support #3

Right now, the playlist is hard-coded. Add support for a playlist on the SD card.

This is work toward having the Playlist and Midi files live on the net, and retrieving them to the SD card before playing.

Fixed in some version or other (sloppy, isn't it?). Current version reads a playlist from the SD card.
