The builder which is responsible for finding errors in the environment needs some fixes.

Check if there has already been an error marker recorded
Possible remove of fixed error markers if they are no longer needed
Check the GFORTHPATH if it acutally contains all the relevant files/folders (how?)

Path and GFORTHPATH are now checked for validity

Path needs to contain lcc-mcore
GFORTHPATH needs to exists and its last entry needs to point to a valid location.
