Change MAC address on rate limit #196

My router is fooled by changing my card's MAC address and continuing after rate 
limiting. This eliminates the back-off time associated with locking and allows 
for a faster attempt rate.

Is there a way to get macchanger to change the Mac automatically after the rate 
limit kicks in?

There is a fork of 1.4 here with --mac-change method added.
