Add a trail in the top pane that describes the Tournament/Division/Room/Round that the user is in #7

The breadcrumb material ui objects exist already. However, they aren't correctly set up on a per spa subpage basis. I think the breadcrumbs could be moved to app.tsx from each subpage or each subpage could populate them. I am not sure which is easier.

Another word for trail is breadcrumbs.
