[PATCH] Switch to Google Guice libraries from Maven Central #185

Hi,

Google Guice 2.0 is available in Maven Central, so there is no need to specify 
additional repository for it. Also proper groupId compatible with Guice 3.0 
will allow to override Guice version in applications that use openid4java. 
Please review attached patch for Maven pom files.
