Description

Re-format for submission to Journal of Consumer Research

Tasks

[x] 2 columns --> 1 column.
[x] change to double-spaced 12pt Times New Roman.
[x] put page number in upper-right hand corner.
[x] use 1 inch margins.
[x] remove all underlines.
[x] change "here" links to references.
[x] add full question to each figure caption.
[x] make sure each figure is self-sufficient
[x] change two decimal points to one decimal point.
