what can i do to solve the problem because i have tried to use the shortcode mentioned ealier but still the error is there!

Am on attachment ,I was given the task of creating a wp website and intergrate it with c2b mpesa ,I came across your channel and it helped me alot ,not until I encountered the error and got stuck there for 3 days now

I have been in contact with the Safaricom and they did notice that there was something wrong with the callbacks and they are working on it. Currently the issue is still ongoing on my side as well

And what could be causing the json data not to be written on my .txt file as well?

A callback is an asynchronous API request that originates from the API server and is sent to the client in response to an earlier request sent by that client. There must be a server error on safaricoms side that doesn't send the callback meaning it wouldn't write to your txt file.

No, it has not worked yet. Am still getting the same error message.
