where did "camx.prm" go? #18

I've branched off the master and started to code my HPC project directly in this repo. I already got hadvppm debugged in the fortran 2003 standard. however, I cannot find "camx.prm" in the repo? I kinda need it because of

include "camx.prm"

in the 2nd line in hadvppm.

where is it?

It's possible the makefile "cleaned" it. You can grab a copy from the PMCAMx-2008 repo. Just make sure there's no removal function built in.
