Sorry that I haven't had time to upload what I have so far. You have pushed what you have. Do I make a branch and push mine there? Mine is just a similar shorter Makefile, run scripts, and one of your code set.

Yeah, I think making your own branch would be best at this point. I recommend branching from the master since the European code was modified heavily

Rather than pushing my contaminated(?) version here, I made a branch from your current master git, reorganized a folder structure, added my run scripts, and made it compilable with ifort.

The git master is same with the one you gave me? I have been using a version called, equilib.

Yes, the final commit on the master introduced the assumption of uniformity for fine PM components. I really shouldn't have called it equilib, but at least now it doesn't matter so much.

I think for the future we need to decide how best to incorporate your structural changes into the rest of the codes. There is not an easy answer I don't think, but at least it's all here. Let's discuss it a bit on Monday
