Document the Settings File Switches #33

I don't see this anywhere in the readme nor wiki.

1) What is the setting [b]promo=true/false[/b] in the settings file?

2) Also, the [b]hide_password=true[/b] seems to be undocumented and not in the settings file by default. Currently this setting is more useful to others than myself, if someone else wanted to stream. (Because turns out i use the "right" way to stream stuff, which doesn't show every window on your screen.) Would be good if it were documented.

All the switches in the settings file should be documented somewhere public, really...

I have thought of creating a docs folder (in the repository) to document the communications protocol, and maybe the setup of the neural nets. Would this be a suitable place for documenting the settings as well? I don't think it is necessary to include these files in the Windows install, other than a pointer from the README file.

FYI, the promo setting is not in use anymore. I think the cards were wrongfully included in the brief 0.9.2 release.
