I really like the rather minimalistic design of your poster. Its organization also allows me to follow the general flow of your argument (top to bottom, left to right).
Visualization
Overall, I like your choice of visualizations to include in your poster.
The Table in the DATA section might be a little too small for an interested reader to examine the information it contains.
It is not easy to read the labels, especially those on the plots in the RESULTS & CONCLUSION section. This may prevent any interested reader from fully understanding the information these plots seek to convey. If the reader cannot read what each axis is, or what each subplot shows, the plots can hardly be more than beautiful pictures.
Content
Your research question may not be specific enough. This might be due to the exploratory nature of your project. Still, you might want to replace "a model" with another expression that better captures the excellent work you have done. In fact, I think it is critical for your to include something about the choice of geographical boundaries for constructing the weights matrix since the comparison across different geographical boundaries seems to be central to your current work.
In fact, the current poster does not explain the importance of comparing models with different weights matrices based on different geographical boundaries.
I really like how you are connecting this poster to your paper in the DATA section as you invite your audience to refer to your paper for greater details. However, the poster offers no direction as to how an interested reader can access the paper.
Providing your readers with an explanation on how "Hard" and "Soft" boundaries differ from each other would help the readers to better understand the implication of the very last point of your RESULT section.
Overall, it seems like a great work.
Best of luck to you for the rest of this quarter!
