RIOT updates not caching #109

I have recently deployed lancache and for some reason League of Lengends doesn't seem to be caching. I checked directory permission and have checked the configuration file. There is no errors on the clients and the downloads work okay. It is functioning for blizzard, Microsoft, and ps4. I don't see any errors for riot in the logs. My setup is using debian 9.5.
