Init scripts and/or docu buggy #122

11) Copy the Lancache file from ~/lancache/init.d/ to /etc/init.d/ by: cp ~/lancache/init.d/lancache /etc/init.d/

Either the file is buggy (path to nginx is not correct) or Readme should point to the new files "nginx" and "sniproxy".

Lancache Init-script was faulty, also path to copy config wasn't correct. Might supply pullrequests later.
