Refactor User to use config.json #21

and use config.json to dictate the template to use.

I thought I PRed this yesterday in part,

@bnvk There was a lot of back-pedaling on this one :P

At this point I think Beardo does what I want it to do for now. It might be a good idea to start tracking what kind of spells we want to cast though! And also, figure out how to do tests (see my comment in the tests). I couldn't figure out how to fake args into the unit test :(
