estimation runs long #26

i changed your code as in #25 but now the estimation is running much longer than the 110 seconds that you indicate. 10 minutes now

Hi Florian, I've updated the file paths so the scripts should run after placing the USquarterly.raw file in the new data folder and updated the readme to reflect this. I think initially we had exported this from Matlab as a csv which is why it was wrong initially. As for it running long it still takes about two minutes for me even with these changes so I'm not sure what's going on there - maybe it's instantiating the package for the first time?
