cwfs documentation #124

the relationship of cwfs(4) to fs(8) and fsconfig(8)
is not always clear. (especially if your new to
plan9) in 9front, cwfs is the default filesystem so
one should get the pieces together  without having to
figure out about cwfs and kenfs history.

TODO:

make it clear in fs(8) and fsconfig(8) that these
relate to cwfs as well. document when commands
only apply to kenfs.

better description of /srv/cwfs.cmd and ther uses.
provide examples.

make it clear in cwfs(4) that the mapfile thing is
for serving disks from a kenfs. its a obscure case.
one should use the file name syntax. provide
examples of a cwfs configuration.
