ghostscript JBIG2Decode #155

ghostscript prints the following error with some pdf file:

**** ERROR: Unable to process JBIG2Decode data. Page will be missing data.

our version of ghostscript doesnt seem to have libjbig2 linked
in, nor is there a port for plan9.

someone should port it and make ghostscript work with those:
